FBF Vice-President: Literary exchanges with Iran will strengthen

IBNA– Visiting the 30th Tehran International Book Fair, Vice-President of Frankfurt Book Fair (FBF) stated that Iran has a very rich literature and we are eager to strengthen our literary exchanges with Iran.

According to IBNA correspondent, on the fourth day of the 30th Tehran International Book Fair (TIBF), Mr. Voss attended a ceremony at the Nations Hall, met with Deputy Director of TIBF Amir Mas’oud Shahram-Nia and discussed with him.
Following the meeting, he told our correspondent that he has attended Tehran International Book Fair three times so far, but has been in contact with this event for many years and is also happy to visit the fair again this year.
Pointing to the cooperation between the publishers from Iran and Germany, Voss added: “My experience in Iran proved to me that Iranians are very hospitable and those active in publishing are even more so; therefore, I know my presence at the fair is an important opportunity.”
Vice President of Frankfurt Book Fair referred to the cultural exchanges between Iran and Germany and continued: “All countries naturally attend the fair to have cultural exchanges with Iran, and since Iran has a very rich literature, we are interested in strengthening cultural interactions and literary relations between Iran and Germany.”
