26 May 2015 - 18:05
IBNA- The meeting for considering the works of the Iranian poet and philosopher Naser Khosrow and Andalusian poet Ibn Hani Andalusi will be held on Wednesday, May 27.
According to IBNA correspondent, Naser Khosrow Qubadiani and Ibn Hani Andalusi al Azodi were two prominent Isma’ili Shi'a Muslims who made efforts to use their poetry for promoting the Isma’ili religion.
They were from two east and west regions of the Islamic world whose works clearly reflect the vision and conduct of Isma’ili Shi'a Muslims as well as the political and social climate of their times. Therefore, a comparative observation of their compositions and ideas prepares the ground for a better understanding of this part of the Islamic history.
The meeting which aims to achieve this goal, will be held in the Cultural Center of Tehran Book City on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. A faculty member of Al-Zahra University, Soheila Salahi Moqadam will deliver a lecture in this event.
