"Da" available in supermarkets

Da” is a war book containing recollections by Seyyedeh Zahra Hosseini of the time when the Iraqi army captured Khorramshahr in the early days of the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq war. The work is published by Sureh-Mehr and available in supermarkets and home video stores.
Seyyedeh Azam Hosseini penned “Da” according to narrations by Seyyedeh Zahra Hosseini. The book was published in 2008 and soon afterwards became an Iranian best seller.
“Da” contains recollections by Seyyedeh Zahra Hosseini of the time when the Iraqi army captured Khorramshahr in the early days of the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq war. It is a true-to-life story of a teenager who experienced the early days of the war in Khorramshahr.
Following its publication the book received Jalal Al-e Ahmad literary Award and the 27th Book of the Year Award. Moreover it was rendered into English, Urdu and Arabic.
The book's 110th impression was presented with an aromatic cover in the 23rd Tehran international book fair and currently as 312,500 copies have been published the book is in its 125th print run as it will be distributed in supermarkets and home video stores.
Moreover a CD holding Zahra Hosseini and the artists conversations will be accompanied as well.
