Moscow Book Fair displays Iranian illustrators works on ‘Shahnameh’

IBNA- A section of Iran’s stand at the 32nd Moscow International Book Fair (MIBF) is displaying the works of Iranian illustrators on ‘Shahnameh’ by Ferdowsi from past untill now, and national celebrations.
According to IBNA correspondent, quoting from the public relations office of Iran’s Cultural Fairs Institute (ICFI), the collection features 35 illustrations which brochures which contain explanations about the works.
The other part of the stand has put cardboard masks on public display which can be worn on face for storytelling purposes and performing plays. The masks have been made based on the book 'Let's Make Cardboard Masks' by Iranian artist Jamal al-Din Akrami. They have been welcomed by Russian children.
Moscow International Book Fair kicked off on September 4 in All-Russia Exhibition Centre (VVC) and will run by September 8. The event is the major book forum in Russia and over the CIS as a way to enter the book market not only of Russia but also abroad to meet the possible readers all over the world.
