TIBF to showcase Afghan books of story and poem

IBNA- Taak publishing from Afghanistan will showcase over 160 books of contemporary literature of that country at the 32nd Tehran International Book Fair (TIBF).
According to IBNA
correspondent, it's the third consecutive edition of Tehran International Book Fair in which Tak publishing will participate. Among the books it displays, 40 titles have been published in 2018 and 2019.
From this collection, 15 books feature the best short stories written in Afghanistan selected by Mohammad Hossein Mohammadi to be unveiled on the occasion of 100 years of story writing in the neighboring country of Iran.
Furthermore, 16 books containing Afghan contemporary poems will also be unveiled. Editors of this poetry books are Seyyed Zia’ Ghasemi and Mohammad Hossein Mohammadi and any of the poems have been selected by a young Afghan poet. Last year 12 other books from the series were published.
