Scientific books of Luca Novelli reach Iranian children

IBNA- Italian writer and cartoonist Luca Novelli said the collection of his scientific books will be translated and published by Iran’s Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults.
According to IBNA
correspondent quoting from the international relations department of Iran’s Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (ICIDCYA), the scientific collection features the books, ‘Hi, I’m Zero’, ‘Hi, I’m Earth’, ‘Hi, I’m Robot’ and ‘Hi, I’m Time’ which have been translated by Ali Khakbazan and Hossein Abolqasemi and are going to be released in Persian book market.
About his works, Luca Novelli
said: “These books seem to be centered on different subjects, but they are created in the same format and describe scientific subjects in the course of history with satirical illustrations for the children aged 9 to 12.”
“My job is to make the children interested to scientific issues, not teaching them. I have spent some 30 years to author this collection, although they could be written and illustrated in about three months,” he added.
Graduated in agronomy, Novelli started drawing his first strips in 1967 for some university publications. He made his professional debut in 1971 with the comics series ‘Historiettes’, and shortly later he created the successful comic strip Gli Edenisti.
