Copyrights of 16 Iranian books purchased at Istanbul Fair

IBNA- At the 36th Istanbul International Book Fair Fair, the copyrights of 16 Iranian books was purchased by foreign publishers.
According to IBNA correspondent quoting from the public relations office of Iran’s Cultural Fairs Institute (ICFI), the agreements were signed by Fan Noli Publishing House from Albania, Floncy Publications from Kazakhstan and Pol Literary agency from Iran.
Among the Persian works which are scheduled to be translated and published based on these agreements in Albania and Kazakhstan are ‘Rumi Tales ‘, ‘The Conference of Birds’, ‘The Legend of Shahrzad’, ‘A Girl Called Aram’, ‘Tells Tales’ (five volumes) and ‘Adventures of the Golden Fish’ (five volumes).
Iran has a stand with an area of 12 square meters in Istanbul International Book Fair 2017 and presents 250 book titles on various subjects such as children and young adults books, literature, poetry, Iranology, art, the Sacred Defense and religion.
The 36th Istanbul International Book Fair opened on November 4 will run by November 12.
