Istanbul International Book Fair 2017 kicks off

IBNA- The 36th Istanbul International Book Fair kicked off today as Iran is actively participating in this event which will run by November 12.
According to IBNA correspondent quoting from the public relations office of Iran’s Cultural Fairs Institute (ICFI), one of the 10 halls of the 36th Istanbul International Book Fair has been organized to host the international section of this event which will be held during four days.
This edition of the fair has been attended by 20 countries including Iran, Romania, Azerbaijan, South Korea, Germany, China, UAE, Bulgaria, Georgia, Serbia, Macedonia, Taiwan, Albania, Qatar, India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Lebanon, Kazakhstan and Hungary. South Korea is the guest of honor of Istanbul Book Fair this year.
Iran has a stand with an area of 12 square meters in Istanbul International Book Fair 2017 and presents 250 book titles on various fields such as children and young adults, literature, poetry, Iranology, art, sacred defense and religion. The author Morteza Karbalailu and Pol (Bridge) Literary Agency are attending the Iranian stand.
