Experts from Kazakhstan National Academy trained in Iran

IBNA- The 16th round of a special training course, "Pathology and Paper Works Mending" held for the experts coming from Kazakhstan National Academy held at Iran's National Archive Institute.
 
According to IBNA correspondent quoting from the public relations office of Iran's National Library and Archives Organization, in line with Iran's interaction with the regional countries based on the signed memorandums, the 16th round of a special training course, "Pathology and Paper Works Mending" held by the experts of Iran's National Archive Institute.
During this five-day course, five experts from Kazakhstan National Academy learned about the Iranian methods of preserving documents and books at Iran's National Library and Archives Organization, knowing the biological factors in maintaining the documents, the harmful elements destroying books and documents, standards of preservation, chemical elimination of harmful elements, fighting with pests, mending methods, bindery manuscript restoration and so on.
Visiting the special departments and archives of the National Archive Institute was among the other programs scheduled for Kazakh experts.
