Expert calls on Iranian poets to get to know about resistance literature of world

Reza Esmaeili, a member of the scientific committee of the 4th International Resistance Poetry Congress, called on poets to learn about the resistance literature in other countries to be able to create more valuable works.
Speaking with IBNA, Esmaeili said the congress will be held on November 2-4, 2013 in Iran. The opening ceremony of the congress will be mounted in Qom on November 1 and its closing ceremony will be held in Tehran.
He further added that various sideline programs have been arranged to be held during the congress which include poetry night gatherings about resistance poems.
Furthermore, scholarly sessions in the presence of veteran literary figures of Islamic resistance will be held at numerous universities in Tehran.
Besides Iranian poets, participants from 20 countries including Egypt, Iraq, India, Tunisia, Lebanon and Bahrain will show up in the congress, he added.
