The Institute for Preparation and Publication of Imam Khomeini’s Works in Qom will publish a book entailing 1,000 hours of talks with Imam Khomeini’s students in Iran.
Speaking with IBNA, Hujatoleslam Hassan Pouya, research deputy of the institute, stated that the center will mark the anniversary of imam’s demise and the 50th anniversary of the June 4 demonstrations in Iran by publishing a memoir of Imam Khomeini’s disciples.
As he said, the center has interviewed with some of the most prominent followers of Imam Khomeini about the demonstrations.
“Numerous articles were published in Hozour journal about the event,” he added. “Most of those who were interviewed by the institute are no more alive today but the recordings of their interviews are being kept at the center’s storehouse which will be put together in a single volume and will be published presently.”
He further added that the center has plans to pursue interviews with other figures that were in some way involved with the Islamic Revolution.
