Urdu translation of "Al-Ghadeer" to be unveiled

The Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO) will hold a ceremony on Monday, Nov. 14, in which the Urdu translation of 6 volumes of "Al-Ghadeer" collection will be unveiled.
According to the public relations department of Al-hoda International publications, the ceremony will be attended by the cultural deputy of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization Ali Asgari, deputy minister of Islamic Guidance and Culture in the Quranic affairs Hujjat al-Islam Hamid Mohammadi, director of the Quran channel Hassan Garousi as well as the work's translator Allamah Ali Akhtar Hendi.
Allamah Amini's 20 vol. series of "Al-Ghadeer" includes the credible texts related to Ghadeer khum, where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) selected Imam Ali has his successor, books of Sunni scholars as well as historical works which prove the event.
Allamah Ali Akhtar Hendi has translated 6 volumes into Urdu which have been published by Quran and Etrat Institute.
The unveiling ceremony will be held on Monday, Nov. 14, in the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization at 10:30 am.
